What Recurex is and who it's for.
Recurex is a recurring expense tracker for people and teams who want to know where their money is going — before it leaves.
Track subscriptions, SaaS bills, domain renewals, and one-off purchases in one place. Split personal and business spend, group costs into projects, set budget envelopes, and get email reminders before bills are due.
What you can do
- See monthly burn across currencies on the dashboard
- Track recurring and one-time expenses with status (active, paused, planned, cancelled)
- Plan future purchases as draft expenses that don't count toward burn until activated
- Group expenses into projects (renovations, launches, trips)
- Set monthly or yearly budgets per category and currency
- Connect AI assistants via MCP so Claude or ChatGPT can log expenses for you
- Sync usage-based bills from Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Apify
- Import GoDaddy domains as yearly recurring expenses
- Collaborate in workspaces with roles for owners, admins, and members
