Browse and download expense attachments across your workspace.

The receipts gallery (/receipts) shows all files attached to expenses in your active workspace.

Tabs

Filters

• Type — personal or business expenses only
• Category — filter by expense category

Actions

• Preview — open images in a lightbox; PDFs open in a new tab
• Download — save the original file
• View expense — jump to the parent expense in the table

Uploading attachments

Attachments are added when creating or editing an expense (not from this gallery page). Files are stored in Supabase Storage under {org_id}/{uuid}.{ext}.

Limits: 10 MB per file. Large images are compressed client-side before upload.
