Using Recurex
Dashboard
Analytics home — burn, charts, budgets, and recent activity.
The dashboard (/dashboard) is your spending command center.
Summary cards
At the top you'll see:
- Monthly burn — normalized active spend per currency
- Yearly projection — monthly burn × 12
- Unified total — optional single-currency rollup (Pro, when enabled in Settings)
Filter by Personal or Business using the type tabs or ?type=personal / ?type=business in the URL.

Budget cards
Active budgets appear as progress cards showing spent vs cap for the current period.
Expense templates
Quick-add cards for common tools (Vercel, OpenAI, Cursor, etc.) pre-fill category and vendor. Click to open the add-expense form with values populated.
Recent expenses
The last 8 expenses appear in a table with the same row actions as the full expenses page. Use Export CSV to download all visible expenses.
CSV export
Exports client-side with columns: Title, Amount, Currency, Type, Category, Vendor, Recurrence, Monthly Equivalent, Status, dates, Payment Method, Notes. Filename: Recurex-expenses-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.
