Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how access to Recurex is delivered. Recurex is operated by Genii IT Services Private Limited (“Genii IT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Digital service - no physical shipping

Recurex is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) web application. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery timelines for physical products, because nothing is physically shipped.

2. How access is delivered

Access to Recurex is provided entirely online. You can use the free plan immediately after signing in with email or Google. When you subscribe to a paid plan, access to the paid features is provisioned to your account electronically and automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, Razorpay.

In most cases activation is instant. If a payment confirmation is delayed by your bank or the payment network, your plan upgrade will apply as soon as the confirmation is received - typically within a few minutes.

3. Accessing the service

To use Recurex you need a supported, internet-connected device and a modern web browser. The service is accessed at our website; there is no separate download required for core functionality, and the app can also be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) where supported.

Your subscription gives you access to the service for the duration of your active billing period across the devices where you sign in to your account.

4. Confirmation and receipts

After a successful payment, Razorpay processes the transaction and a payment confirmation is associated with your account. You can view your current plan and billing history at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app.

5. Delivery issues

If your payment succeeded but your account was not upgraded, or you cannot access a feature included in your plan, please contact us. Email us from the email address associated with your Recurex account and include “Access issue” in the subject line, along with the approximate date and amount of the payment so we can locate it quickly.
