Personalized setup, savings & Supabase

• Personalized setup - tell us if you're a founder, creator, freelancer, or just tracking personal finances, and your dashboard's Quick-add fills with the tools and bills you actually pay. Change it anytime in Settings.
• Bigger Quick-add library - dozens more one-tap templates across all four profiles, from editing tools and retainers to invoicing, OTT subscriptions, and EMIs.
• Savings from cancellations - a new dashboard card showing the recurring cost you've trimmed by cancelling or pausing subscriptions, broken down by month and by vendor.
• Supabase billing - connect Supabase to prefill your plan + add-on baseline each month, then top up metered compute from your invoice (Supabase's API can't report compute or credits, so we don't guess).
• Edit logged actuals inline - fix a variable-bill amount in place, no more delete-and-re-add.
• Password sign-in - set a password and log in with email + password, alongside Google and one-time email codes.
• Smoother filter tabs - the dashboard's All / Personal / Business tabs now give instant feedback while the numbers refresh.

Plans, billing & provider sync

• Plans & pricing - Free, Pro and Team tiers with prices shown in INR or USD based on your region (toggle anytime).
• Billing management - upgrade, cancel and view your billing history in Settings, powered by Razorpay.
• Billing provider sync - connect Vercel, Apify, OpenAI or Anthropic to auto-pull each month's charge into a variable expense (finished billing cycles only).
• Flat plan + overage bills - set a base fee and included usage so synced months show the real invoice (e.g. Apify Starter stays $29 until you go over), not just metered usage.
• Spend by vendor - tag each expense with who you pay (autocomplete from 200+ built-in vendors) and see a dashboard donut of your monthly spend per vendor, per currency.
• GoDaddy domain import - bring in your domains as recurring expenses with renewal dates, auto-renew status, and an auto-detected renewal cadence.
• Multi-year recurrence - set bills to repeat every N units (e.g. a domain that renews every 3 years).
• Bulk-edit recurrence - change the cadence of many expenses at once, including custom intervals.
• More accurate upcoming bills - due dates roll forward correctly so past cycles no longer linger, and reminders keep firing.

Workspaces, groups & faster lists

• Email sign-in - get a one-time code by email, alongside Google. No passwords.
• Variable (usage-based) bills like GCP or Vercel - log monthly actuals and burn tracks the trailing average; charts show the real months.
• Move expenses (single or bulk) and entire projects between workspaces, with attachments - limited to workspace admins.
